The abrasive slurry liquid is applied to the wire saw running at high speed. The abrasive grains cut the hard materials. Our PP, with excellent wear resistance, transfers this abrasive slurry liquid.

Phosphating is a chemical treatment applied to metal surfaces.
This treatment creates a layer of phosphate compound on the surface of metals, mainly steels, and prevents metals from corrosion. Our FM is used after the pickling and water-rinsing process that are pre-treatment of metals.

Stainless Steel SUS304 and SUS316 are standard materials for our pumps. These materials have corrosion resistance to various solvents, acetic acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, Sodium hydroxide, etc., and are widely used in chemical plants. Also, our pumps have been supplied to many semiconductor plants, and food & beverage factories to transfer pure water, edible oil, and alcohol. 

Special materials, such as SCS16, Carpenter, Hastelloy C, and duplex stainless steel, are available to transfer special liquids which standard stainless steel cannot withstand. Binary power generation is a method of geothermal power generation. Dissolved air flotation is one of the treatment methods mainly used in water treatment. This method generates fine bubbles  in water, mixes the fine bubbles with water containing suspended matter, captures the suspended matter with the fine bubbles, floats up the suspended matter, and removes them by using the buoyancy of the fine bubbles. Our MBT is capable of generating nano-level fine bubbles.
